IIT Delhi Admission Criteria for BTech/Integrated/MTech programs
Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with PCM as the main subject. The minimum eligibility score must be 75% for UR, and OBC candidates, and 60% for SC, ST, and PWD.
Candidates must have a valid score in JEE Main.
The selection process for BTech/Mtech programs is based on the JEE Advanced score. A cut-off list is released and students have to appear for JOSAA counselling. Based on the cutoff score, seats are allotted to the students through counselling sessions. Selected candidates must finish the admission process and pay the fees to confirm their seats.
IIT Delhi Admission Criteria for Mtech/MS(R) programs
Candidates must have passed Btech/BE/BSc(engineering)/MSc from any institution.

Candidates must acquire a minimum of 75% or 7.50 CPI for direct admission & 60% or 6.0 CGPA for Interview/test.
Candidates must have a valid score in the CEED exam.
Students must register themselves at the IITD admission portal. Based on the CEED score, the institute releases a list of students, who are then called for interviews. Candidates must have passed a bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline with a 55% score from a recognized board.
Candidates must have a valid score in the JAM entrance exam.

Candidates must have completed 10+2 and a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Candidates must have a degree in M.Tech/MBA/ME/MS/M.Sc/M.Des/MA in relevant discipline from a recognized university. The qualifying marks for general and OBC students are 60% or 6 CGPA, and for SC, ST, and PWD students are 50% or 5.5 CGPA.
Candidates with an engineering background must have a Bachelor’s Degree in B.Tech/BE/B.Sc(Engg)/BS with the qualifying marks as per their category.
